Thirty days after the purchase date, customers can exchange products. Please be aware that you must have a copy of your receipt for the exchange and that the product must be brand-new and unopened. If it has been opened only to check the size, all the packaging material should be presented with the price label at the time of the exchange.
To ensure a smooth return, please provide that the packaging is undamaged and properly stored. Although we don’t accept cash returns, most brand-new, unused items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days after delivery. The validity of the voucher, which can be used to purchase your preferred bedding, bathing, or home décor products from our website, is two months from the date of issuance.
